La formazione è una caratteristica essenziale di un partito comunista. Questa, però, non dev’essere intesa in modo dogmatico. Il marxismo è una scienza che si nutre della realtà. Dalla sua elaborazione può scaturire una nuova cultura politica e prendere moto un nuovo processo rivoluzionario. Rifondazione comunista tralascia troppo spesso questa esigenza, poiché si appiattisce su logiche interne e di apparato, che non consentono un reale processo di ricostruzione del partito comunista, prospettiva auspicabile per un partito in cui convivono più orientamenti politici. La preparazione dei quadri e dei militanti di un partito ne garantisce l’omogeneità teorica e l’innalzamento cultural preparation, resulting in improved efficiency and social policy of the Party itself. From August 26 to 31 area cultural and programmatic Communist Left has promoted in Rocca di Papa (Rm), located in the Castelli Romani, a few miles from the historic town of Frattocchie, his first school of political training, just to address this serious shortcoming of the Party. The whole initiative was hosted in the villa of a mate, which has provided the home, transforming it for five days at Casa del Popolo ", ensuring a strong cohesion among the participants. Day and night a large group of militants has lived in close contact, also learning to self-manage moments of study, aggregation, and recreation. The school was mainly aimed at the Communist Youth, but was immediately open also to the comrades of the Party, because the need for training is felt by activists of all ages. The successful completion of this event, conceived months has seen a significant organizational effort produced by our area, that despite the experimental nature of the initiative, was successful in ensuring a high profile cultural School. The themes were identified by subjecting all members to a questionnaire in which they were asked simple questions, in order to acquire the degree of preparation. The results of the questionnaire are been established criteria and a selection was made of the needs of the base. In this way, there are four areas to address: 1 - The Marxist and Leninist in its essential features, and 2 - the conflict between capital and labor, 3 - the issue of democracy el'antifascismo; 4 - international issues, with specific reference to the anti-capitalist and communist parties in Europe. For each theme were chosen to be addressed and identified the speakers. Among others, have contributed to the success of the event Gianni Ferrara, an expert in issues of constitutional law, the economist Emiliano Brancaccio, who have directly participated in the training school. Besides these, some mates, young and adults, have provided their own cultural background, making it available for participants. Among these, we remember the contributions of: Arianna Ussi, precarious professor of history and philosophy, which gave two excellent lectures on the historical materialism of Marx and the concept of hegemony in Gramsci, Andrea Montella, an expert in the study of Freemasonry, which held a multimedia lesson on the role of Masonic lodges in Italy and worldwide; Andrea Genovese, who has done research and lectured on the communist parties and anti-capitalist formations in Europe. Other speakers have given lectures on the experience of PCI and the concept of revolutionary Lenin. Alba Paolini, however, prepared a lesson the Communist Party of the PRC, which is the only communist party that a young man of thirty years down may have known activist in his own experience. This lesson on our party, held by a founder of the PRC, has been particularly felt by the participants of the training school for our area, because the error of all training experiences, hitherto conceived, was to turn its eyes to past, lost in nostalgic evocation of the glories of communism, completely ignoring the present. In this way, however, it was possible to understand the role played by the different political formations which have driven the Communist Refoundation, and generating areas, which constitute and animate our Partito.La Training School was a success, both in terms of participation numbers, which increased daily, in both human and political terms of the combination. So much so that this wonderful experience was attended by many friends of other policy areas, reflecting the fact that training is a requirement of the entire base of the PRC. Then the school was closed on Saturday public initiative entitled "How to carry on the PRC Communist?", Which was attended by fellow Pegolo, Valentini, Mantovani and His Mate Arms Torso. The debate was interesting ed ha posto una discussione sui problemi della costruzione della federazione della sinistra d’alternativa e sull’unità dei comunisti. Entrambe le opzioni possono convivere soltanto rilanciando il processo della Rifondazione comunista, che non può nutrirsi soltanto di formule organizzative, ma deve vedere una ripresa del suo cammino, con l’elaborazione di una cultura politica creativa e rivoluzionaria, che muova dai contenuti politici e dalla naturale collocazione del nostro Partito nei conflitti degli oppressi e nei processi reali in atto nel Paese. Con l’esperienza della Scuola di formazione, Sinistra Comunista ha dimostrato a tutto il Partito che il ruolo delle aree non è inutile quando queste hanno vocazione unitaria e propongono theory and social dynamism. Our intention is to replicate the training school, which we distributed among the participants in the materials, and accompany the construction of regional seminars, founded on the needs of the grassroots activists and help to reactivate the original design of the communist PRC, proposing the construction of the party understood as "collective intellect".
